Open House
NMC-CREES inviting to our traditional Open House at the As Terlaje Campus on May 4 from 9am to 2pm
We share with you our latest research results in Aquaculture, Farming, and Food Science. Learn how to do Food Carving, get design ideas for sewing, get new recipes for yummy, healthy food. Children will love the 4-H activities. We do our best to make this day as informative and entertaining for you as possible.

In addition to our display booths, we also offer a Citrus Workshop in Room D-1. Lawerence Duponcheel and Sam Palacios will show you everything about Citrus in the Marianas.

Our Director will be off for the annual CariPac meeting to Washington, D.C. next week. The presentation our director is going to hold can be watched in our video section.
1st Annual Junior Chef Cook-Off Competition on Rota
NMC-CREES, in collaboratio with Rota Mayor's Office, NMC-CREES, Rota Dept. of Commerce, DCCA, DLNR and Women-in-action, is calling all youth between grade 7 and 12 to compete in the Junior Chef Competetion held at the Sinapalo Youth Center on March 12 from 5:30-8:00 PM.

The challenge is to create a healthy and balanced meal using local, seasonal fruits and/or vegetables, while being able to incorporate the sweet potato leaves or an a sweet potato into the dish. Registration Package can be downloaded here.
